Daily Reflections – 30 Days to a Better Me
i have ten days left of my challenge. This past twenty days flew by. i am feeling a little stronger, and a couple pounds lighter. i have noticed that this working out everyday has even made my shimmy stronger for belly dance. i have more tone and muscle than i did, but still not where i want to be. i still have a ways to go. I was very busy today and by the time i arrived at the gym nobody was there, it was a very creepy feeling so i left. i came home and exercised at home doing floor exercises, hula dance and belly dance. This is only the second day i missed the gym since i started the challenge, but i still exercised for two hours at home. With ten days left to this challenge i plan on giving it my all.
