Daily Reflections – 30 Days to a Better Me

Yesterday was a long day.  i worked a job outside my office then i worked in my office.  i left around 10:30 pm to go to the gym.  i am so glad i joined a gym that is open twenty-four hours a day.  i was tired but i knew it had to be done.  i didn’t put it in my journal until today because i was busy doing emails with someone who is very special to me.  My workout:

Abdominal Crunch Machine 30 lbs weights  115 times

Abdominal Crunch Machine 40 lbs weights 25 times

Throne (hanging machine)  30 times

Outer thigh Press 50 lbs weights  20 times

Inner Thigh Press 40 lbs weights  20 times

Treadmill Glute Toner Plus  2.27 miles

Back to the Abdominal Crunch Machine 30 lbs weights 50 times

Seated Dip Press 25 lbs  20 times
