Daily Reflections – 30 Days to a Better Me
Another busy day today. Worked, ran errands , dinner, more work. Then finally i went to the gym. It was 9:30 pm when i left my house but i still did it.
My work out today:
Treadmill Aerobics Plus 4.23 Miles mixed walking and running
Ab crunch machine 30 lbs weights 130 times
Throne (hanging machine, leg swings for abs) 30 times
Leg Press chair set at position 2 55 lbs weights 45 times
Tomorrow is a busy day. But i will make it to the gym.
