i think i over did it today. Right after i write this i am going to say good night to someone and go to bed.
Belly dance two hours
treadmill 4,21 miles, running and power walking Rolling Hills
120 Crunches on Abdominal Machine 30 lbs weights
24 leg lifts hanging machine (i don’t know what it is called but it is for the lower abs)
leg press – 40
Chest and triceps – 16
so so tired.
